Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer with a strong background in mobile app development, backend engineering, and scalable API design. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience across front-end and back-end technologies, with proven expertise in React Native, Node.js, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch. Experience with the MERN stack is an added advantage.
You will play a key role in architecting and building mobile-centric solutions that are efficient, secure, and scalable. This role requires a deep understanding of both mobile and web ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack solutions optimized for mobile app experiences (React Native, hybrid frameworks, or APIs serving mobile front-ends).
- Write robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate and manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch to power data-driven features.
- Collaborate with mobile developers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through efficient coding and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Stay current with new technologies and suggest improvements for architecture and development practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on mobile-enabled platforms.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
- Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB (indexing, aggregation, performance optimization).
- Working knowledge of Elasticsearch for advanced querying and analytics.
- Good understanding of mobile app integration, token-based authentication (e.g., JWT), and backend support for push notifications.
- Familiar with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks; experience with React.js or MERN stack is a plus.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience working in Agile development teams, using Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React Native or mobile-focused front-end development.
- Exposure to GraphQL or microservices-based architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools for monitoring, logging, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with performance profiling and tuning for mobile and web APIs.
