Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with 3–4+ years of experience in Linux administration, basic scripting, and cloud support (primarily Azure). The role focuses on cloud operations, system administration, and L1/L2 support across client environments, with opportunities to grow into advanced cloud responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support deployment and management of cloud resources in Azure (VMs, storage, networking).
- Assist in maintaining cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
- Support hybrid connectivity setups (VPN, basic network configurations).
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for cloud and infrastructure-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required.
- Assist in managing backup solutions and basic retention policies.
- Support AVD environments (user access, basic configurations, troubleshooting)
- Follow cloud security best practices (IAM roles, NSGs, basic policies)
- Work with senior team members on client requirements and implementations.
- Perform Linux server administration tasks and basic automation using Shell/PowerShell.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Linux Administration
- Basic Shell scripting / PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Azure VMs, storage, and networking
- Understanding of VPN and hybrid environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- Certifications like AZ-900 / AZ-104 (preferred but not mandatory)
