Job Summary
Looking for a presentable and energetic professional with good communication skills to handle client interactions, lead generation, and business coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM/database and prepare reports.
- Assist in proposal writing, presentations, and documentation.
- Support client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good email etiquette and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Experience in cold calling or voice process preferred (1–3 yrs)
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / POS software is a plus.
